The name Auvers is inspired by the hometown of Vincent van Gogh — a beautiful village in France where the legendary artist created many of his masterpieces. Just as Auvers-sur-Oise inspired van Gogh, we hope our own Auvers will inspire everyone who walks through our doors — from our guests to our team — through our unique and welcoming atmosphere, sparking creativity and connection. Here, every visit is an opportunity to dine, appreciate art, and feel truly inspired.
Founded in 2016 as an 80-square-metre café in Rhodes, Sydney, Auvers has grown through constant refinement and innovation. From those humble beginnings, we have evolved into a brand with a presence in two major cities — Sydney, Australia, and Shenzhen, China. Looking ahead, our vision is to share the Auvers philosophy and creations with people all over the world.
At Auvers, we offer modern Australian brunch and dinner, specialising in Asian fusion cuisine. Our menu is the result of in-house creativity and innovation — a collaborative effort where ideas are shared, tested, and refined before reaching our guests.
