The name Auvers is inspired by the hometown of Vincent van Gogh — a beautiful village in France where the legendary artist created many of his masterpieces. Just as Auvers-sur-Oise inspired van Gogh, we hope our own Auvers will inspire everyone who walks through our doors — from our guests to our team — through our unique and welcoming atmosphere, sparking creativity and connection. Founded in 2016 as an 80-square-metre café in Rhodes, Sydney, Auvers has grown through constant refinement and innovation. From those humble beginnings, we have evolved into a brand with a presence in two major cities — Sydney, Australia, and Shenzhen, China. Looking ahead, our vision is to share the Auvers philosophy and creations with people all over the world.
